Excelente servicio, cuartos espléndidos, y la gente que nos atendió muy atenta y agradable
Esta ubicado en los portales del zócalo buena vista si te toca con balcón. Buen servicio
El hotel es muy bonito, tiene muchas plantas que hacen se vea lindo. El personal siempre muy amable, la señora Edith nos ayudó con todo. Las habitaciones muy limpias. El baño es algo pequeño, pero está bien, el único inconveniente fue que solo hay un conector en la habitación, pero nada que no se pudiera resolver al turnarse para usarlo o con una pila de respaldo. La única es perfecta, justo enfrente del hotel está el zócalo.

Su ubicación es excelente, la atención es buena, hay agua caliente y TV, pero el wifi es malo, tiene detalles como el olor a humedad y había una fuga en el baño, por la mañana se siente muy fría la habitación en planta baja. La habitación para 2 personas costó $600.
En verdad había visto las menciones anteriores se este lugar. Parece que se encuentra en un cambio de actitud. Todos los pedidos que se hicieron fueron resueltos. La actitud de Roberto y de las personas que laboran allí realmente fueron increíbles. Felicito e incentivo a seguir creciendo, innovando y retroalimentandose para este camino de evolución!!!! Nos vemos pronto!!!!
La ubicación es excelente. La arquitectura del hotel es bonita lo que lo convierte en lugar pintoresco con terraza hacia la plaza cívica. La señora Isaura y su mamá muy atentas y serviciales. Los precios son accesibles pero la habitación huele mucho a humedad, el baño no está bien limpio. Detrás de las cabeceras se ven telarañas. Le falta mucha limpieza. Si ponen atención a este aspecto y no descuidan la amabilidad y buen precio sin duda que el servicio será excelente.
